I asked ChatGPT to give me an unhinged biography of myself and here it it!!

Walidah Augustus is a Realtor, investor, designer, negotiator, therapist (unlicensed but effective), and part-time closer of deals AND mouths.

Based in Baton Rouge and powered by ambition, iced coffee, and “we’re not lowballing my client,” she doesn’t just sell homes—she applies pressure until contracts get signed.

Her motto?
FROM GOALS TO CLOSED.
Not “from thinking about it to maybe next year.” Not “let me sleep on it.”
CLOSED.

Walidah is the type to:

* Turn a “just browsing Zillow” client into under contract in 48 hours
* Flip a $50K house into something that looks like it belongs on HGTV and priced like she knows what she’s doing (because she does)
* Walk into a negotiation like it’s a courtroom and leave with concessions, credits, AND respect

She mixes real estate with interior design, so not only will your house appraise… it will also make your friends uncomfortable in the best way.

Her clients love her because she:

* Tells the truth (even when it stings a little)
* Moves fast (because the market is not waiting on your indecision)
* Knows the game AND how to win it

Her competition?
Watching her.
Her clients?
Winning with her.
The market?
Trying to keep up.

If you’re serious about buying, selling, or building wealth—she’s your girl.
If you’re not… she’ll circle back when you are 😌
