Woodstone Properties LLC

Woodstone Properties, LLC directly invests in projects or partners with other investors in projects that produce safe, secure, and profitable returns. Our focus is more than merely returns; it focuses on the long term sustainable relationships with our partners that allow us to do many deals instead of an occasional one or two deals. We are cash or creative finance buyers which can close quickly depending on the transaction and type of property. We are quite selective in the types of deals we invest in as well as the people we agree to partner with. We apply creative solutions to problems that allow us to make certain deals work.
