Our apartment homes will feature beautiful granite counter-tops, new crisp white cabinetry, wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and different finishing touches that you won't find anywhere else! Parc at Mid City is carefully planned to respect the historic surroundings of this iconic Baton Rouge landmark area. With exposed brick, vibrant colors, and renovated architecture, our community connects seamlessly with the artistic heritage and spirit of the neighborhood. Dynamic and ever-evolving, Parc at Mid City is a moving mosaic of artists, free spirits, and unconventional characters. Water, sewage, trash, pest control, and wireless internet service is included in the monthly rental rate. As a courtesy, we will set up your Entergy electric account before move in. We can also get you in touch with our Cox cable rep for quick and easy installation! Please let me know if you would like to go ahead and reserve your new home! Pet Policy:
Up to two pets per apartment are accepted. 25 pound weight limit. Pet fees are $300.00 for the first pet and $150.00 for an additional pet. $10 pet rent per month will be charged for one pet/$15 pet rent will be charged per month for 2 pets.

♻️ Don’t forget to bring all trash bags to the trash receptacles located in the parking lots throughout the community.
🗑 Please pick up after yourself and your guest while using common areas.
🐾 Pick up after your pets and keep them leashed and off garden landscaping.
